Job Description
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Circle Leaders, as a Customer Experience Executive at Probe CX, your main goal is to deliver world-class service to our customers. You will provide support in an accurate, efficient, and respectful manner, evaluated through various performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least a Senior High School graduate
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience in phone, email, and live chat support is preferred, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Amenable to on-site reporting
