Job Description
Join Probe CX as a Customer Experience Executive! Under the supervision of Circle Leaders, your main objective will be to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will handle calls with accuracy, efficiency, and respect, striving to achieve high performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least a Senior High School Graduate
- Excellent English Communication skills (oral and written)
- Phone, email, and live chat support experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Amenable to reporting on-site
