- Manage credit Portfolio of Telco Business Clients (B2B)
- Participate in client meetings for portfolio updates.
Job Description
- Manages different portfolios of businesses with outstanding balances.
- Attend business meetings and provide updates on portfolios.
- Assist in managing disputes and offering payment plans.
- Communicate via email and phone, maintain multiple portfolios.
Additional Job Description
- Above average English communication skills
- No corrective action within the last 90 days, excellent reliability
- Experience in Telco CM and Business segments is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, good interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
