Job Description
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated Customer Experience Officer to join our team at Jaguar | Land Rover. As a Customer Experience Officer, your role will involve providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers throughout their ownership journey.
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional relationship with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns, and provide accurate and timely information.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must be able to listen to customers’ needs, empathize with their situations, and provide appropriate solutions. A passion for the automotive industry and a good understanding of Jaguar | Land Rover vehicles will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized customer service and support.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Provide accurate product information and assist with vehicle bookings.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update the database.
