Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Servicing: Attend to customer asks and concerns in a timely manner, proactively check customer experience, and provide solutions.
- Collaboration: Work with other teams to apply appropriate solutions.
- Decision Making: Make critical decisions beneficial to both the business and customers with integrity-based decision making.
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience in account management or related field.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding metrics.
- Strong time management, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.

Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
