Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Servicing. Address customer inquiries promptly, assess satisfaction, and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain customer records, build relationships, and explore upselling opportunities.
- Collaboration. Work with cross-functional teams for effective solutions.
- Decision Making. Make transparent, customer-centric decisions with integrity.

- 1+ years in account management, sales, or related fields
- Proven track record of target achievement
- Strong time management, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

- Willingness to work night shifts and in a hybrid office setup
Job Details:
