Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Specialists in the banking/financial sector.
List of vacancies:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs using provided scripts.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism.
- Handle challenging customers with empathy and patience.
Qualifications:
- Onsite work (office-based)
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status
- 18+ years old with at least high school diploma
- Knowledge of English language
- Strong active listening skills and empathy
Nice to have: Customer service experience in call center environment.
