Job Description
Join Maxicare Healthcare as a Customer Experience Transformation Manager! In this role, you’ll lead user research to understand user needs, conduct usability tests, and create wireframes and prototypes. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
A successful candidate will have 3-4 years of experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio, expertise in Figma, and knowledge of user-centered design principles. You should also have excellent communication skills and experience in Agile environments.
