Job Description
A Customer Facing Supply Chain role is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of supply chain management and customer service. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient coordination between our organization’s supply chain processes and the needs of our valued customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborating with various internal teams, such as purchasing, production, and logistics, to meet customer demands
- Resolving any supply chain-related issues and addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
- Analyzing data to identify ways to optimize the supply chain and improve customer satisfaction
To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational and communication skills. You must be able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
We are looking for candidates who have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer service would be an advantage.
