Job Description

The Business Analyst assists with analyzing and tracking customer conversations using advanced speech analytics. Responsibilities include interpreting data for customer satisfaction, identifying key phrases, monitoring agent performance, and providing trend analysis. Track metrics, compile information, and offer guidance on data initiatives.
