Job Description

  • Handles telephone inquiries and provides corresponding assistance promptly.
  • Facilitates the validation, verification and approval of out-patient consultations and procedures.
  • Facilitates dental inquiries.
  • Prepares the patient Information sheets of phoned-in reports of hospital admissions.
  • Coordinates with the Underwriting Department (URG) and the Revenue Management Department (RMD) to verify the membership and payment status of members who are availing their benefits whether in-patient or out-patient basis.
  • Receives and logs customer complaints using the specified form and tries to deliver solutions/actions to these complaints.
  • Assists internal customers with their various concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably any medical-related course.
  • Knowledgeable in customer assistance, call center handling.
  • At least 1 year work experience in a call center (Medical Account).
  • Above average communication skills.
  • With CRM tools experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • Day shift.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime.

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th-month salary.
