Job Description
- Handles telephone inquiries and provides corresponding assistance promptly.
- Facilitates the validation, verification and approval of out-patient consultations and procedures.
- Facilitates dental inquiries.
- Prepares the patient Information sheets of phoned-in reports of hospital admissions.
- Coordinates with the Underwriting Department (URG) and the Revenue Management Department (RMD) to verify the membership and payment status of members who are availing their benefits whether in-patient or out-patient basis.
- Receives and logs customer complaints using the specified form and tries to deliver solutions/actions to these complaints.
- Assists internal customers with their various concerns.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably any medical-related course.
- Knowledgeable in customer assistance, call center handling.
- At least 1 year work experience in a call center (Medical Account).
- Above average communication skills.
- With CRM tools experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
