Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Operations Coordinator I to manage daily customer interactions, process orders, handle inquiries, and support operational workflows to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics to fulfill orders and resolve exceptions.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare performance reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Resolve customer issues promptly with a customer-first attitude.
