Job Description
The Customer Operations Specialist – System & Business Support will focus on System, Masterdata, Pricing and Back-office support process for various organizations under UDENNA. They will coordinate with stakeholders regarding the customer, vendor, and employee accreditation and masterdata maintenance. Identify and support process improvement opportunities, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Customer Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Experience working with stakeholders and facilitating remote communication.
- Evidence of thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy, and demanding working environment where the ability to prioritize tasks is essential.
- Evidence of an orientation towards learning and application of learning to problem-solving.
- Working knowledge of LEAN or other CI Tools
- Evidence of the ability to identify the root cause of problems and generate/support creative solutions to those problems. Be able to follow a process through end to end, including understanding the impact.
- Proficiency in SAP, Google, and Microsoft Applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php11,00.00 – Php12,00.00 per month
