Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Operations Team Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives.
- Set performance goals and provide coaching and feedback to encourage professional growth.
- Monitor customer interactions and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve customer issues.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in a similar position, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of customer service principles.
