Job Description
- Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions and provide information about products and services of the company.
- Responsible for providing assistance to customers by helping with loan applications, resolving complaints and issues, and providing status updates on accounts and loan applications.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns.
- Determine efficient ways to answer client or customer questions.
- Elevate queries and concerns to appropriate channels.
- Collaborate with other departments to find solutions for queries and complaints.
