Job Description
Citihomes Builder and Development, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Assistant to enhance our customer support team. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive, empathetic attitude towards customers, respond promptly to inquiries, and communicate effectively through various channels including our website, landline, mobile, and social media.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a service-related field, at least 6 months of relevant experience, outstanding verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino, and excellent customer service abilities. Candidates must be willing to work in Makati.
