Job Description
Join DB SCHENKER as a Customer Relations Associate in Ocean Freight. Your role will involve:
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and cargo status with professionalism.
- Coordinating cargo arrangements and managing bookings.
- Facilitating communication between customers and export customs.
- Initiating credit checks and resolving issues with the Finance Team.
- Creating pricing solutions for ocean freight services.
- Maintaining customer data integrity and preparing timely reports.
- Complying with customer standards and monitoring KPIs.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Parañaque City (Required to commute or relocate)
