Job Description
Your role in the team:
You will be responsible for assisting legal team and providing files/information that will be needed in court proceedings, and any litigation requests on all brands, including international and UK requests.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Thorough review of account.
- Analyze reports.
- Make accurate, well-informed litigation report.
- Complete tasks on schedule and hit deadlines.
- Takes appropriate action on customer account in line with the company procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments when needed.
Requirements:
- Keen attention to details and analytical skills.
- Knowledgeable in excel.
- Can effectively interact within all levels of organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibits initiative and pro-active traits, professionalism and willingness to learn.
- Decision-making skills.
- Preferably has Customer Service and Compliance experience as this will be an advantage when reviewing/analyzing the account and reports.
