Job Description
BOOZE ONLINE INC. is urgently seeking a LAZADA CUSTOMER RELATIONS STAFF for our head office in Makati City.
- Respond to customers via email, social media, or other channels to update on stock availability and drive sales.
- Prioritize timely delivery to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and process orders efficiently.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by management.
- Work independently, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
