Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
- Conducts Post Service Follow Up (PSFU) for General Job and Body and Paint customers.
- Handles customer contact (inquiry or concern categorized as normal/ ordinary) through various channels.
- Communicates with customers and coordinates complaints to the concerned department.
- Coordinates with TMP CRO Counterpart on status of concerns referred by TMP or dealer.
- Reports concerns needing TMP’s assistance or escalation to higher management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- College graduate of Communication Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
- Preference for customer service experience in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Location: Alabang.
