Job Description
ZLAB INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Staff to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads and turning them into sales for Z lab Products and Services.
- Determining customer needs and potentials.
- Conducting telemarketing and client visits.
- Expanding our customer base and building strong relationships with clients.
- Handling customer complaints and providing resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
- Proficient in English; driver’s license preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
