Job Description
ZLAB INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Relations Staff. In this role, you will generate leads for Z lab products and services, determine customer needs, and conduct regular telemarketing through proposals, client visits, and product presentations.
Your responsibilities will include expanding our customer base, providing management with activity reports, and handling customer complaints to foster strong relationships. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a medical representative or sales executive. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 10-hour shift.
