Job Description
A Customer Relations Supervisor manages the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. They handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, working to resolve issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive dealership reputation. Additionally, they analyze customer service metrics to develop and implement strategies for improving overall customer experience and dealership processes.
