Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Relationship Associate to join our Collections team. As a Customer Relationship Associate – Collections, your main responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries regarding outstanding payments and communicate payment options.
Your duties will include:
- Answering customer calls and emails related to collections
- Providing timely and accurate payment information
- Assisting customers in setting up payment arrangements
- Resolving customer disputes and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in a similar role, especially in collections or customer service, is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is also desirable.
