Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.
Your main duties will include understanding our customers’ needs and expectations, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to deliver exceptional service.
Key qualifications for this position include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in customer relationship management and experience in managing a team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers
