Job Description
The Customer Renewal Coordinator for ancillary (supplemental) insurance manages policy renewals and retention for supplemental products. This position involves proactive customer outreach to verify coverage and documentation, accurate renewal processing, and timely maintenance of policy records.
- Coordinate with underwriting and billing teams, resolve customer inquiries, and achieve retention targets.
- Identify and document upsell opportunities while maintaining compliance with company procedures.
Requirements: minimum one year of insurance or customer service experience; strong communication and problem-solving skills; meticulous attention to detail; proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; ability to meet deadlines. Degree or relevant certification preferred.
