Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Resolution Representative. As a Customer Resolution Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Your main responsibilities will include handling incoming customer calls, emails, and live chats to address their complaints, provide solutions, and offer exceptional customer service. You will investigate and resolve any issues, escalate problems when necessary, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a strong ability to empathize with customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of problem-solving and conflict resolution in a customer service environment.
