Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Customer Retention & Sales Specialist to grow revenue and deepen client relationships. You will design and manage retention programs, analyze churn drivers and customer behavior, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with marketing and support teams to enhance customer lifetime value and reduce attrition.
- Qualifications: 2+ years in customer success or sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce), and a data-driven mindset.
