Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at Doctor Jed Optical Clinics. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented and passionate about eyewear. They should have excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Helping customers select eyewear that suits their needs, style, and prescription requirements.
• Providing product knowledge and recommendations on frames, lenses, coatings, and accessories.
• Processing sales transactions accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, including display areas and inventory management.
• Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Upholding company policies and procedures regarding eyewear dispensing and sales.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in an optical or eyewear-related environment.
• Knowledge of eyewear products, lens types, and a basic understanding of prescriptions.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills to help customers in their eyewear selection process.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in measurements and transactions.
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
