Job Description
New Era Cap Philippines is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to be the front-liner of our store. Responsibilities include delivering personalized customer service, achieving sales targets, and completing sales transactions while adhering to company policies on housekeeping, inventory control, and security.
