Job Description
- Conduct account visits and/or telemarketing of consumables to existing machines in the field
- Monitor consumption patterns/buying habits of each account and analyze discrepancies from ideal or standard usage
- Consistently follow up with existing clients’ needs for consumables and ensure prompt delivery
- Check machines’ performance during monthly visits to clients
- Assist clients with sales service related concerns and coordinate with concerned departments
- Update database of existing installations
- Attend and participate in all sales-related meetings
- Comply with company policies on orders, credit terms, and deliveries
- Prepare customized proposals based on gathered data
