Job Description
- Sending Bad Order Report consol
- Back up Import Billing during releasing in case of absence billing officer
- Daily and Hourly report consol
- Daily update of hourly monitoring status
- Monitored TABS Booking in trucking
- Monitored EIR Subcon trucking to avoid detention charges
- Pre-advising empty containers thru email and phone (Acestar Trucking) to avoid detention charges.
- Trucking Monitoring (Monthly and Weekly)
- Attend to client queries billing, cta, status of the shipment thru phone.
- Calling broker during releasing make note in Gate pass, with or without bad order.
- Taking photos of reported trace damaged cargo for reporting to consolidator.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
- Required Skill(s): English, Filipino
