Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school graduate or equivalent; vocational/college education preferred
- Minimum of 6 months call center experience or 2 years customer-facing experience
- No applications from high school graduates or first-year college undergraduates without experience
