Job Title: Customer Service Advisor – German
Job Description: The position involves being the initial point of contact for consumer interactions, resolving issues, and documenting case information across various platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, researching solutions, and resolving Level 1 consumer problems while following prescribed procedures. The Agent ensures customer satisfaction by meeting daily performance goals and adhering to escalation protocols.

Language Requirements: German proficiency
