Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent assistance and support to our valued customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide prompt and accurate information to customers
- Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Qualifications:
