Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join our friendly team at Sales Rain. We are a dedicated and friendly bunch and are keen to continue to give our clients the best possible service. With this reputation, we are looking for someone who is dedicated, professional, and eager to be part of our tight-knit team.
Responsibilities:
- Taking phone calls from customers
- Answering emails and chats
- Answering questions about the product or service
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
- Senior High School graduates, Vocational graduates, College fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must
- With or without experience are welcome to apply
