Job Description
Tonkin Corporation is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing critical information and support.
Responsibilities: Answer product inquiries, process orders, resolve complaints, and prepare product reports.
Skills Needed: Excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and clear spoken English.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in English literature, business, or call center management is preferred.
