Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Service Representative (Life Insurance) responsible for handling inbound calls from insurance policy holders and providers, delivering contracted services in line with business policies and procedures to DXC’s clients across various teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 1-2+ years of work experience in Life Insurance
- Proven proficiency in business process transactions and optimization
- Continuous learner keeping pace with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field advantageous
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) or significant work experience a plus
