Job Description
We are currently seeking individuals to join our team as Customer Service and Admin staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and scheduling
- Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualified candidates should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are also essential for this role. Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred.
