Job Description
We are hiring a full-time, in-office Inbound Sales & Administrative Representative to handle night-shift calls for U.S.-based service clients (dumpster rentals, portable toilets, tree services, junk removal, pressure washing, and more). Using supplied scripts, you will qualify prospects, book sales, prepare quotes, update the CRM, and perform related administrative tasks. Strong communication, quick decision-making, and confident call management are required.
- 12-month contract with paid on-the-job training and night differential
- Compensation: Php20,00–Php60,00/month; experienced staff report bonus earnings ~Php15,00/week or lead-based ~Php25,00/week; paid weekly
- Benefits: PTO, vacation pay, meal allowance, attendance and health benefits, company events, pay raises, and staff meals
- Work location: In person
