Job Description

A Customer Service and Sales Specialist is responsible for interacting with potential and existing customers on behalf of the Campaign. They provide information about the products and services, resolve customer complaints, and verify account information. They are expected to provide first-class customer experience. Principal duties include processing new business and trade-up applications, providing product information, account maintenance, answering payment inquiries, as well as performing outbound calls for various requests.
