Job Description
APEC Homes is currently looking for a committed Customer Service Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for buyers and homeowners within our subdivision. This position is essential for fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
The ideal candidate will support move-in activities and adeptly resolve homeowner issues. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role are required.
This full-time position is located in Cabuyao, Laguna, and comes with employee benefits, including health insurance and performance bonuses.
