Job Description
- Graduate of any 4-year business course; preferably Tourism/Business Management or equivalent
- With at least two years of relevant work experience; preferably with experience from the shipping industry
- Competent in answering customers’ queries on different Social Media Platforms
- Skilled in Online Booking, Reservation, and Ticketing
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Email Software
- Strong ability to learn new software and explore new applications of existing software
- Excellent Customer Service handling
- Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
