Job Description
- Get familiar with company products and services being offered to customers
- Perform routine customer support tasks by responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Escalate questions and issues to more experienced representatives
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and contribute to overall customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay

- Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience:
- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Required)
