Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generates S.O. (Sales Orders) for every P.O (Purchase Order) submitted by Account Managers
- Retrieval of electronic P.O.s from Shopwise and Rustans’ systems
- Coordinates with Account Managers and Logistics to ensure that P.O.s will be delivered on the scheduled date
- Generation of Daily SO Monitoring Report for tracking of sales orders processed in a day.
- Tracks SO generation accuracy rate on a monthly basis
- Send signed PRF received from Merchandising to Logistics for a schedule of pull out of BO at stores then updates monitoring file
- Reviews Monthly Trade Returns Report sent by QA and identifies accountable department responsible for the returns.
- Sends product sample request from Account Managers and/or Trade Marketing to plant
- Answers customer queries and complaints (if there are any) through phone or email and forwards the concern to respective people for action
- Other tasks as instructed by immediate superior
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of BS or BA in business management; marketing and other related courses
- Preferably with experience in Customer Service and in coordinating with different salespeople
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good planning and analytical abilities
