Job Description
- Using a digital program, replies to client concerns in a call center sector.
- May accomplish one or more of the following: Does respond to call questions and complaints using basic scripts and methods.

- Communicates right kind of alternatives for completion in a well-timed way.
- Informs customers about solutions to choose from and determines client demands.
