Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally.
– Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and resolve issues.
– Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
– MUST BE A COLLEGE GRADUATE NO BPO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
– FOR 2ND YEAR COLLEGE UNDERGRAD WITH AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF BPO EXPERIENCE
– EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
– WILLING TO START ASAP
