Job Description
Join JoyRide PH as a Customer Service Assistant! Assist customers in booking rides through our JoyRide Superapp, handle cash transactions accurately, and address inquiries professionally. You’ll also distribute promotional flyers to attract potential customers.
Requirements: High school graduate or college undergraduate, at least 6 months relevant experience, strong sales and customer service skills, reliability in cash handling, and excellent organizational abilities. Willingness to work in the Pasay area is a must.
JoyRide is the first and only homegrown superapp in the Philippines.
