Job Description
Our mission is to deliver excellent service to our partner brands. You’ll assist by:
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshooting technical problems and offering effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promoting and selling products or services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Accurately inputting, verifying, and updating data in various systems while maintaining data integrity.
- Evaluating customer interactions to assess service quality and compliance, providing feedback for improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 1 month of experience in a BPO setting.
- Good English communication skills.
- Able to work on-site.
- Computer literate.

Pay: Php18,500.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
