Job Description
McAsia Food Trade Corporation seeks a full-time, on-site Customer Service Assistant (Order Processor) to receive and process customer orders, verify and enter accurate data into the order system, monitor shipment status, proactively update customers, handle returns/exchanges/refunds, resolve inquiries and complaints professionally, and maintain precise records.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (any field); excellent communication, strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, customer-focused attitude; able to work independently and collaboratively. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Compensation: Php690–Php695 per day. Benefit: opportunity for promotion to permanent employment.
