Job Description
PHI Communication Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with order placements and returns.
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
