Job Description

The Customer Service Assistant (CSA), the frontliner of the branch, is responsible for handling queries, processing applications, and opening accounts for the Bank’s products and services. The CSA conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as the initial point of contact with clients, following Bank, BSP, and AMLA policies.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 or 5-year course, computer literacy required
  • Prior experience as CSA (or New Accounts Clerk) is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Schedule:
